HospEquip is seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused person to join our company located in Canning Vale, Western Australia.
HospEquip is an Australian owned company that prides itself on delivering exceptional sales, service, and support to the health and aged care industry.
We have further expanded our operations and are seeking the services of a motivated Customer Service Representative.
This position is mainly focused on fulfilling and maintaining equipment rental contracts, but relies heavily on building and maintaining relationships. It therefore requires a high level of customer relationship management and working closely with staff at all levels in metropolitan hospitals.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Communicating and building relationships with hospital staff at all levels in order to stimulate a cooperative environment with regard to implementing new processes and procedures
- Fulfilling new equipment rental contracts by delivering and setting up rental equipment within a set time frame (this is a physical aspect to the job and some lifting is required)
- Dealing with enquiries at point of delivery
- Investigations into misplaced equipment and incomplete contracts within the hospitals
- Training hospital staff at all levels on use of the online ordering system and the physical handling of the equipment
- Preparation of equipment to be delivered
The successful applicant would possess the following attributes:
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to work autonomously
- A logical thinker with good communication skills and a personable nature
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues
- Outstanding time management skills
- Computer literate and comfortable with mobile application use on an Android tablet and/or iPad
- Professional presentation
- A current and valid Western Australian driver's licence
