The opportunity…
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating ophthalmic equipment across various medical facilities. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, clinicians, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ophthalmic devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Document service activities accurately and maintain service records.
- Participate in equipment installations and upgrades.

Experience required:
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
