HospEquip is a privately owned company that is rapidly expanding into the Healthcare sector and is a leading supplier of equipment into the Hospital, Aged Care and Community Markets.
Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused product equipment professional who specialises in the various types of equipment and assistive devices designed to improve the quality of life and independence for individuals with disabilities.
Typically, you’ll be working closely with individuals, healthcare providers, therapists, caregivers and organisations including the Aged Care to assess the unique needs of people with disabilities and recommend appropriate equipment solutions

You will be responsible to:
- Develop professional relationships and active communication with all new and existing customers, partner organisations and external parties, including medical and allied health personnel, government bodies, non-government, and community organisations
- Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques to monitor competition
- Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints
- Lead/participate in continuous process and quality improvement projects as required
- Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
- Lead/participate in continuous process and quality improvement projects as required
- Demonstration of Disability / Home Care / Aged Care / Hospital equipment to Occupational Therapist, new & existing customer or when required
- Undertaking ongoing personal development and technical training as required
- Undertake any additional administration/office duties as directed or required.
The successful candidate must display the following qualities:
- Valid Driving License
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Power point Presentations, Excel
- Compassionate and empathetic approach when working with clients.
Nice-to-have:
- Proven experience in a general sales role
- Experience using SAP systems relevant to the position
- Demonstrated expertise as a Mobility Equipment Specialist
- Experience collaborating with Occupational Therapists
- Familiarity with NDIS, Home Care Packages, and private client services
- Background in the disability, aged care, or medical sectors
