The opportunity…
We are seeking a Supply Planner to ensure the timely availability of medical products while optimising inventory and supporting high customer service levels. In this role, you will develop and maintain supply plans aligned to demand forecasts, proactively managing inventory to minimise stock risk and waste.
You will work collaboratively with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to align supply with assigned divisions championing the customer through reliable and responsive supply. The role also supports our sustainability commitments by driving efficient inventory management and responsible distribution practices. Strong analytical skills, ERP experience (e.g. SAP), and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Experienced supply planner with strong capability in demand-aligned supply planning, inventory optimisation, and risk management within a high-SKU, fast-moving environment. Highly analytical and data-driven, with advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience using ERP/planning systems (e.g. SAP) to manage replenishment, service levels, and stock integrity. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and commercial teams in a regulated supply chain, while driving efficient, sustainable inventory outcomes that support consistent customer supply.
Experience required:

Demand-driven supply planning and inventory optimisation experience in a high-SKU environment

Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (power BI, AFO or similar)

Proven experience using ERP and planning systems (SAP Preferred) for replenishment and inventory control

Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate supply and inventory risks to maintain service levels

Technical understanding of supply chain and key metrics (e.g. net working capital, forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns)
