About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maximize your territory through building strong stakeholder partnerships
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's aligned with the strategic goals of the business
- Grow your region through discovering and prospecting new. high potential business partners that will drive brand equity and revenue
- Build strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders
- Become a " Culture Creator" in your region, working closely with all team members in Victoria to achieve a harmonious and productive working environment
- Territory covered - Victoria/Regional Victoria
- This is a filed based role that will require some regular travel in your territory .

The Successful Applicant:
Are you an imaginative, focused, team player that relishes the opportunity to help deliver outstanding service, ideas, and results?
- You have a proven track record as an Account Manager in Cosmeceutical /Aesthetic Industry
- You have a minimum of 3 years previous sales experience in Cosmeceuticals/Aesthetic Industry
- You have a passion for Skincare and the medical Aesthetic Industry
- You are a Self- starter and thrive in a goal- oriented environment
- You possess great relationship building Skills
- You have excellent written and Verbal communication skills
- You have a vibrant and engaging personality nd a drive to succeed
- You re excited by achieving growth and delivering strong results
