The opportunity…
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and highly specialised marketing team at the forefront of surgical robotics. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that drive commercial impact and support innovation in healthcare. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll bring structure, creativity, and energy to a role that blends marketing effectiveness with commercial strategy. Partnering closely with Product Management and Sales, you'll help translate insights into meaningful customer engagement. This role is ideal for a marketer with strong executional skills and a passion for driving results.
This is a hybrid role based at our Belrose office. You will be expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

Experience required:
- Relevant degree or equivalent marketing experience
- 4+ years in campaign execution, with strong B2B marketing background
- Proven ability to manage data-driven, multi-channel campaigns
- Highly organised with strong project management and attention to detail
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery mindset
- Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in event or conference coordination is a plus
- Passionate about innovation, with a proactive and positive attitude
