The Senior Business Analyst role presents an exciting opportunity to facilitate successful business improvement at Device Technologies by identifying opportunities, leading process and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic projects. This role serves as a critical interface between business and technical teams to ensure project requirements and business improvements are well-defined, prioritised and effectively delivered.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced and commercially astute Senior Business Analyst who combines strong analytical capability with proven leadership in continuous improvement and process optimisation. They bring deep experience working across complex, cross-functional environments, confidently engaging stakeholders from operational teams through to the C-suite, and translating strategic objectives into practical, value-driven initiatives. With a solid grounding in methodologies such as Lean and DMAIC, and strong exposure to enterprise systems (ideally SAP), they excel at diagnosing business problems, designing effective “To-Be” processes, and delivering measurable outcomes. They are equally comfortable leading prioritisation forums, shaping business cases, and supporting delivery through to UAT and implementation, all while maintaining a structured, disciplined approach to governance, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business and/or management roles
- Experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Supply Chain or the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- ERP exposure and experience, ideally SAP
- Advanced analytical skills
- Continuous improvement skills and experience
- Process mapping experience
- Knowledge of industry process frameworks and process KPIs and benchmarks
- Understanding of improvement methodologies e.g. DMAIC, Lean and experience using them
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Simplifying information and technical jargon so it is easily understood
- Ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders, including those at a senior level
- Ability to exert influence and communicate with the C suite.
- Results orientated: taking initiative, seeking information, problem solving, creativity
- Organisational skills: ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple initiatives
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to lead and mentor others
Desirable Experience & Skills:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience supporting business case development
- Understanding of change management methodologies, and experience using them
- Experience within the healthcare industry
- Experience integrating subsidiary companies
