The opportunity…
As a member of our technical services operations, you will be a part of a trusted and collaborative team that provides solutions to our customers in a flexible and dynamic environment that fosters growth and personal development.
Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the primary function of your role is to provide preventative and corrective maintenance for a range of medical devices in Sydney and regional NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and in-house calibration of medical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance of equipment under care, and perform repairs of defective equipment as required by our suppliers and clients
- Manage and schedule maintenance and repair work with our clients
- Provide technical support to clients and suppliers on their equipment
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, customer records and service contracts
- Support and manage the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Effectively maintain relationships and communicate with our equipment suppliers.
- Build specific product knowledge and competencies on a diverse portfolio of equipment
- Provide post-sales technical expertise during the installation, Qualification and implementation of company products
- Establish, engage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide customer training and application support
- Assist the operations and validation team
About you...

Experience required:
- Relevant Degree in Engineering, or a related trade field with experience in Calibration, Electrical or Mechanical technical work
- A background in field service or maintenance, with experience in electrical and medical equipment preferred. (Servicing of electrical/mechanical systems and Interpretation of electrical diagrams will be required)
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required in customer service role (preferably in the medical industry)
- Ability to work autonomously and utilise excellent organizational and planning skills
- Organised, on-time, and detailed project management skills
- Desire to have a role which requires stakeholder engagement with our clients
- Excellent computer skills
- Australian Driver’s License
- Ability to travel locally and interstate at short notice
