Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused product equipment professional to service our Southeast Melbourne (Peninsula) Area in Victoria who specialises in providing and advising on various types of equipment and assistive devices designed to improve the quality of life and independence for individuals with disabilities.
Typically, you’ll be working closely with individuals, healthcare providers, therapists, caregivers and organisations including the Aged Care to assess the unique needs of people with disabilities and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting product demonstrations and trials to the Disability / Aged Care / Hospital sectors including In-Home Care
- You will help clients make an informed decision and ensure the equipment is a good fit for the user
- Providing information and education to our client base, attend conferences & roadshows when required
- Develop professional relationships and active communication with all new and existing customers, partner organisations and external parties, including medical and allied health personnel, government bodies, non-government, and community organisations
- Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints

The successful candidate must display the following qualities:
- Communication skills showing empathy & respect for the patient’s perspective & experiences while recognising their unique needs & preferences
- A great and positive attitude
- Valid Driving License
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Power point, Excel
The following experience and qualifications will be highly regarded, but candidates that demonstrate similar experience will be strongly considered:
- Healthcare (Hospital, Aged Care, Retirement Village etc.) knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with NDIS or MAIC (Motor accident Insurance Commission) processes
- Knowledge of SAP Software is advantageous but not essential
- Mobility / Disability Equipment Scripting
