The opportunity…
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead our portfolio in Cardiology, Vascular, and Radiology. This is your opportunity to shape the future of life-saving medical technologies while working in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market trends, new product opportunities and clinical trends through a high level of market presence and appropriate market research and competitor analysis;
- Provide expert clinical case support for customers, new staff members, and the introduction of new product portfolios. This includes delivering in-field assistance during clinical procedures, addressing inquiries, and supporting successful outcomes.
- Develop and manage the execution of strategic business plans;
- New product set-up;
- Provide product-related support, resources and direction to the sales team;
- Conduct product training;
- Develop and execute launch packages for new products including all relevant marketing collateral and sales resources;
- Comply with all regulatory, legislative and Industry requirements for portfolio and product communications and activities;
- Manage with the business manager all pricing and margins for all products within the assigned brand portfolio;
- Ensure regular assessment of MRP forecasts and stock ordering with the purchasing team;
- Coordinate relevant tenders and contracts in conjunction with the Tenders and Pricing Manager;
- Identify and manage stock turns in addition to slow moving and excess stock;
- Manage and coordinate industry conferences in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Department;
- Develop, monitor and update marketing communication campaigns;
- Provide monthly reports to the Business Manager on sales profitability, stock status, product launches and marketing campaigns;
- Maintain consistent, effective communication with all relevant Device Technologies departments;
- Additional duties and marketing-related activities as required from time to time.

Experience required:
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or commitment to undertake studies in marketing upon appointment;
- Sound computer skills;
- High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to liaise and communicate with other professionals within the business;
- Current valid driver’s licence.
Desirable
- Minimum 1 year sales experience;
- Understanding of logistics and stock management;
- Previous marketing experience, preferably within the medical / surgical industry;
- Understanding of TGA/Regulatory Affairs.
