The opportunity…
The Genesis team is a specialized group of Intuitive Surgical training professionals dedicated to understanding the strengths and opportunities within your da Vinci program. We work collaboratively with hospital leaders, surgeons and staff to discover, share and implement best practice solutions.
Genesis Program Management
- In collaboration with commercial and other ecosystem teams, defines Genesis agenda for their region: prioritizes mandates and plans delivery of Genesis resources.
- Lead Genesis consulting engagements with targeted hospitals to implement best practices in robotic surgery program standardization.
- Work closely with hospital executives, OR leadership, and surgical teams to optimize operational efficiency, staff training, and workflow integration.
- Manage complex, extended customer engagements involving multi-departmental collaboration and multi-faceted solutions.
- Provide in-person and remote consulting services to drive efficiency and quality improvements in robotic surgery programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Product Management) to ensure alignment and impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners, ensuring sustained program success and engagement.
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted client advisor for Genesis.
Customer Analytics
- Assist teams and their customer generating Quantifying the Impact (QTI) and including establishing clinical anchors
- Analyze customer data (economic impact, profitability, procedural efficiency) and provide strategic insights to drive program improvements.
- Deliver customized reports and actionable recommendations to enhance robotic surgery adoption and patient outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop care optimization solutions based on best practices and data trends.

Experience required:
- Experience in healthcare consulting, hospital management, clinical operations, or the medical device industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and effectively engaging hospital teams.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer engagements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of professionalism.
- Fluency in English and the local language as required.
- Proven expertise in delivering consulting services that provide measurable value to customers.
- Strong training capabilities, with a demonstrated commitment to customer and peer education, particularly in advanced technology within a clinical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
