You will be responsible for:
- Hire contracts
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Invoicing
- Procurement of parts & consumables
- Job orders
- Fleet care transactions
- General financial processing tasks
- Answer incoming telephone queries and direct callers to the relevant area
About you.......
The successful candidate must display the following qualities:
- Telephone communication skills
- Customer service/relationship management skills
- A great and positive attitude
- Willing to work in the office for 2 to 3 days between Monday to Friday, from 7:30AM to 4PM
The following experience and qualifications will be highly regarded, but candidates that demonstrate similar experience will be strongly considered:
- Healthcare (Hospital, Aged Care, Retirement Village etc.) knowledge and experience
- Accounting Diploma/Degree or bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of Ostendo & SAP Software is advantageous but not essential
