The opportunity…
Due to the rapidly expanding market in Victoria an exciting opportunity for a full time Product Specialist has become available within our Infection Prevention team at Device Technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI's
- Manage a specified sales territory across metro and eastern Victoria
- Consistently develop and grow the territory through engaging with both existing and new customers
- Pipeline development- Maintain accurate and up to date sales pipeline and forecasting
- Manage key accounts
- Develop sales strategies and territory plans in conjunction with the National Sales Manager
- Respond promptly to customer enquires and issues
- Collaborate with team members and other divisions within device Technologies
- Maintain accurate customer account records using CRM Salesforce
- Have an astute understanding of competitors and market trends
- Provide product information, demonstrations and training to customers and key stake holders
- Manage product trials
- Complete all administrative tasks by the due date
- Additional duties, sales related activities, weekend conferences and travel as required from time to time

- We are looking for a driven experienced sales person with a strong customer and clinical focus who is able to develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Have a positive focus on high performance and strategic sales development

- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to make decisions in a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to in service and demonstrate product in a competent manner
Experience required:
- Past experience in medical sales (minimum 2 years) - CSSD, endoscopy experience is a bonus
- Skills in territory management
- Demonstrate competence in MS word, excel, Outlook and Power point
- Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus
- Current valid drivers licence
