The Senior Master Data Administrator is responsible for creation, maintenance and governance of master data across applications, ensuring master data integrity, consistency and accessibility. This role enhances master data administration and governance, ensuring accuracy, completeness and reliability through master data analysis, audits and adhering to compliance requirements. The Senior Master Data Administrator collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues and support projects.

Key responsibilities:
Master Data Management:
- Responsible for administration of master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems, including data cleansing and creation of new records.
- Assist with the ongoing administration of data standards for all areas of master data, including but not limited to:
- SAP Material Master Data
- SAP Customer Master Data
- SAP Vendor Master Data
- SAP Purchasing Information Records
- SAP Pricing Data
- SAP MDG
- GS1 National Product Catalogue (NPC)
- Sales Territories / Unassigned sales
- Work on cases/tickets as required.
- Perform mass updates as required.
- Work with the Master Data Manager to deliver the activities related to the master data stream on projects and initiatives, ensuring all deliverables and quality standards are met.
- Develop and refine processes for master data entry, validation and management to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Support master data operations by monitoring and analysing master data with an enterprise understanding.
- Engage with global teams to address specific master data management needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
Master Data Governance and Quality Assurance:
- Implement, maintain and monitor master data governance policies and procedures, including master data quality standards and master data stewardship practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance master data management efficiency, effectiveness and governance.
- Conduct regular data analysis, audits, validations and quality assessment of master data to ensure accuracy, integrity, timeliness, consistency, and to identify and resolve master data issues.
- Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure compliance with governance documentation, company standards and policies, data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
Other Responsibilities:
- Work with relevant stakeholders to digitalise master data management capabilities, automating processes to increase effectiveness and master data quality.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to assist in the management of master data requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and SAP MDG functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation and detailed working instructions to ensure processes and workflows are effectively documented.
- Support the onboarding of new starters.
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reporting as required.
- Support the Master Data Manager and ad hoc duties as required
Experience required:
Essential
- 7+ years' experience in master data administration and management, with a strong focus on master data governance.
- 3+ years' experience with SAP MDG and SAP ERP.
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in master data quality management, master data cleansing techniques and identifying opportunities to streamline master data management processes and improve master data integrity and efficiency.
- Solid time management skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Quick learner, with high attention to detail, diligence, consistency and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
- Show aptitude in adhering to given directions, instructions and guidelines.
- Focus on efficiency, user experience and process improvement.

Desirable
- SAP Master Data Governance Certification or other relevant certifications.
- Medical Devices / MedTech Industry experience.
- Experience with business analysis or data analysis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Query and Power Automate.
Additional Requirements:
- Able to work at least 3 days a week in Belrose office.
