About the role:

The Supply Chain Graduate will play a key role in supporting Advanced Skin Technologies’ Supply Chain team. This role exposes the candidate to an end-to-end supply chain operations in the skincare industry. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is passionate about optimising processes and contributing to the success of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehousing and Logistics:

• Coordinate with warehousing teams to ensure efficient processing, storage and rotation of products.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support optimisation of warehouse processes to improve accuracy and reduce waste.

• Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of supply chain activities and generate reports for key stakeholders.
• Responsible for various weekly/monthly reports required by the business.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for both raw and finished goods.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.

• Order Fulfilment

• Analyse stock requirements for labelling and packing requirements at the warehouse.
• Manage the Labelling and packing process.

Are you an imaginative, focused, team player that relishes the opportunity to help deliver outstanding service, ideas and results?

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Desirable

• Knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP Systems
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
