About the role:
The Supply Chain Graduate will play a key role in supporting Advanced Skin Technologies’ Supply Chain team. This role exposes the candidate to an end-to-end supply chain operations in the skincare industry. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is passionate about optimising processes and contributing to the success of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehousing and Logistics:
- Coordinate with warehousing teams to ensure efficient processing, storage and rotation of products.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support optimisation of warehouse processes to improve accuracy and reduce waste.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of supply chain activities and generate reports for key stakeholders.
- Responsible for various weekly/monthly reports required by the business.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for both raw and finished goods.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Analyse stock requirements for labelling and packing requirements at the warehouse.
- Manage the Labelling and packing process.

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP Systems
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
