Device Technologies is looking for a talented graphic designer to bring our brand and products to life through compelling, high-quality visuals.
Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this full-time hybrid role (three days in the office, two days remote) offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, highly experienced design team, working on projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
From brochures and presentations to campaign and event assets, you’ll create impactful marketing materials across print and digital, ensuring brand consistency while meeting regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with a passion for storytelling through visual design. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital media, with a keen eye for brand consistency and attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable balancing creativity with regulatory requirements. If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working across diverse projects and markets, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Selection Criteria:
ESSENTIAL
- A bangin’ portfolio – Show us your best work. We want to see what you’re capable of.
- Bachelor of Design (or equivalent qualification) – Your formal foundation in design.
- 2–5 years of experience – Agency, in-house, or freelance - as long as you’ve got the skills and experience.
- Passion, drive, and a can-do attitude – You bring the energy. You’ve got hustle and a love for great design.
- Master of Adobe Creative Suite – Highly skilled in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (non-negotiable).
- Strong time management – You know how to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Great communication skills – Whether it's presenting ideas, taking feedback, or collaborating with the team, you’re confident and clear. Receptive to constructive feedback – No egos here. We work together to make the best work possible.
- Brand guardian mindset – You understand the importance of consistency and can work within brand guidelines.
- Self-sufficient and proactive – This is a hybrid role, so you need to be comfortable working autonomously
DESIRABLE
- Bonus points for video skills – Experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom, plus familiarity with Xd and Figma is a win.
- Project management savvy – Experience using tools like Asana, Monday, Slack, or Wrike.
- A creative problem solver – Strategic and abstract thinking encouraged. If a brief doesn’t feel right, suggest a better way.
- Organised to a T – You keep your files, assets, and naming conventions meticulous and structured.
- Microsoft Suite – Proficient across the Microsoft ecosystem, included template building in PowerPoint and Word
