The opportunity…
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist – MRI-Guided Focused Ultrasound to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide clinical, technical, and product expertise to support the sales and adoption of our MRI-guided focused ultrasound solutions. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive product success and enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product demonstrations, training, and ongoing technical support.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for market expansion and product adoption.
- Conduct clinical training and application support for radiologists, neurosurgeons, and other medical professionals.
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance during procedures to ensure optimal product usage.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and innovation.
- Assist in the development of educational materials, training programs, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MRI-guided focused ultrasound technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
- Support clinical studies and research initiatives by facilitating product use in trial settings.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings to promote product awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience in MRI, ultrasound, or image-guided medical technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical imaging, focused ultrasound technology, and neurosurgical or oncological applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
