The opportunity...
- Performance: Utilise a range of tools to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and deliver on digital performance KPIs to meet and exceed the company’s expectations. The is a linchpin role and is responsible for driving commercial outcomes on our customer ecommerce wesbite, Device Online, with specific focus on acquisition, conversion and retention. This role has scope to extend to product marketing performance initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Performance Specialist - Marketing.
- Vision and Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to define the digital product vision and enhance the value proposition. Plan and prioritise the enhancement pipeline according to customer requirements, business strategy, and industry trends. Develop use cases and propose user journeys to facilitate efficient ideation and solutioning with the Digital Design Team. Own the digital delivery process from brief to delivery, validate enhancement requests, and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of working knowledge for supported platforms, including SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Wordpress. Support, undertake, and approve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all digital product enhancements. Introduce and lead discussions about industry trends and developments to help us keep pace with new technology, including adopting composable/headless CMS solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage Business Unit stakeholder relationships, proactively engage with internal operations teams, and manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure they meet agreed outcomes, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Analytics, Reporting, and Insights: Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting of success metrics for key features, traffic, behavior and commercial performance for our digital products. Generate actionable insights to inform product decisions and develop data-backed business cases to meet customer requirements and performance objectives.

- Able to demonstrate an ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
- 5+ years relevant experience in Digital Product Ownership and Performance, specifically enhancement planning and execution, and ideally for ecommerce websites (B2B preferable).
- Expertise with digital products, including SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Wordpress. Understanding of composable/headless websites is nice to have.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Collaborative and iterative approach to product development.
- Subject matter expert (SME) for Digital Product Ownership
- Experience in project delivery, either as a Project Manager, or part of a wider project team.
- Be an action-oriented self-starter. Able to work independently, problem solve and apply good judgement according to deadlines and budgets.
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound understanding and experience in web content, usability, architecture, technology and digital to deliver best practice user experience.
- Comfortable with data analysis, specifically to garner website user behaviour insights.
