The opportunity…
Reporting to the Treasury and Business Transformation Manager, this full-time role offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing the company’s financial assets and liabilities. You’ll support cash flow optimization, risk management, and compliance by performing bank reconciliations in SAP, posting GL entries, coordinating with transactional banks, and assisting with cash positioning and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations in SAP.
- Post relevant GL entries.
- Executing month end procedures applicable to Treasury.
- Support the maintenance of relationships with banks and other financial institutions, including transaction banking and payment gateways.
- Processing and coordination of admin tasks relating to set up or amendment of product offering with transactional banks.
- Creation and maintenance of records related to banking products in use (e.g. signatories, bank authority, etc.).
- Monitor and report on cash levels across the group.
- Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including cash positioning and forecasting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, including payments centralization.
- Perform cash sweeps on a periodic basis according to pre-established policies.
- Assist with gathering information to comply with requests from Bank (e.g. KYC) and auditors.
- Project work related to Treasury.
- Other duties as required.

The ideal candidate for this Treasury Officer position is a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize tasks efficiently, and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant Experience Includes:
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Intermediate SAP and Excel knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with banking product administration, cash flow forecasting, and compliance-related documentation will be highly regarded.
