The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in delivering data insights that support decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial analysis or commercial finance, along with technical expertise in developing BI models and content.

Experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Data disciplines or other numerical / analytical relevant qualification.
- 7+ years working experience as a commercial analyst, financial analyst, BI analyst, data analyst, or other business analytics role.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and storytelling with data, with 4+ years of Power BI working experience (Design, Build, Modelling, solid DAX skills, visualisation), Power Query, building reports and dashboards, up to date on the latest version and product capabilities.
- Working experience with data analysis and understanding of data architecture, data modelling, data warehouse concepts and principles (e.g. dimensional modelling, star schema).
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification – PL 300.
- Experience with digital platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Strong Business acumen with the ability to link data to business outcomes, preferably with experience in analytics in Sales, Finance, and/or Supply Chain, including developing and maintaining an inventory of metrics and performance indicators, researching and applying best practice.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid time management skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Quick learner, with high attention to detail, diligence, consistency and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
- Show aptitude in adhering to given directions, instructions and guidelines.
- Focus on efficiency, user experience and process improvement.
- Resilience, flexibility and adaptability to work with growing environment, change and changing priorities.
