The opportunity…
We are searching for a passionate and capable National Distribution Manager to lead our warehousing operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehousing practices that support our supply chain strategy and drive exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and optimise multi-site warehouse operations across ANZ
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to support service excellence
- Manage all Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partnerships

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage a diverse workforce, and leverage technology and data to enhance service levels and cost-effectiveness.

Experience required:
- 5 or more years supply chain experience and extensive work in management roles and strong knowledge of warehouse practices and principles
- Focuses ceaselessly on customers
- Result driven
- Works well under pressure
- Works well cross functionally
- Ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams through either direct or indirect reporting relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills along with an ability to evaluate complex supply chain solutions and understandably articulate these.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office, MRP and key data and analytics tools
- Proven experience in driving warehouse efficiency programs, including but not limited to, barcoding, WMS, paperless picking, cartonisation, RFID etc.
- Capable in configuring warehouse management systems and re-slotting to drive productivity and efficiency improvements.
Desirable
- A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, including configuration, integration, and process optimization within supply chain and distribution environments.
