HospEquip is a privately owned company that is rapidly expanding into the Healthcare sector and is a leading supplier of equipment into the Hospital, Aged Care and Community Markets.
Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused person to join

You will be responsible for:
- Office administration including internal and external emails.
- Assisting the sales team by completing quotations, forwarding orders and processing customer requests as directed by sales team.
- Clarify order details with customers or Company Sales Representatives
- Respond with a strong sense of urgency to customer inquiries when requested by the sales team or customer service.
- Assist and coordinate on-site training events as well as external conferences.
- Liaising with warehouse/Customer service and client to arrange rental agreements and pre-payments.
- Assist with showroom clients to ensure all queries are addressed.
- Liaise with other departmental employees to arrange for the achievement of customer requirements.
- Ensure that department practices/service work are completed safely, in compliance with company policies and procedures (incl. documentation), legislative requirements and quality standards. Assist with WHS reporting requirements (Fire/First Aid requirements)
- Ensure Hospequip state building/office requirements are addressed on request.
- Lead/participate in continuous process and quality improvement projects as required
- Undertake ongoing personal development and technical training as required
- Undertake any additional administration/office duties as directed or required.
The successful candidate must display the following qualities:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Professional telephone manner and ability to liaise with clients
- Ability to work well within a small team office environment
- Data entry experience
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organisation skills to effectively work without supervision to meet deadlines
- The ability to appropriately manage employment and personal priorities

Experience required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in data entry
- Technically sound with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- An understanding of the contribution and commercial impact required of this position
Desirable
- IT/Software skills and experience (SAP)
