The opportunity…
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as the QLD Site and Logistics Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of site services, warehouse, and logistics activities. The role offers broad exposure across inventory management, loan kits, reverse logistics, facilities, and WHS, with the chance to work closely with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to safe, efficient, and well-organised site operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience coordinating warehouse, logistics, or site operations in a fast-paced environment. They are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and take a hands-on approach to problem-solving. A strong focus on safety, process improvement, and teamwork, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing operational needs, will be key to success in this role.
Experience required:
- Experience coordinating logistics, supply chain, or site operations in a regulated environment is required, with experience in the medical devices industry highly regarded.
- Hands-on experience supporting supply chain activities, loan kit coordination, reverse logistics, and site or facilities operations, with a strong understanding of WHS requirements.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work with internal and external stakeholders, and support compliant, efficient day-to-day operations is essential.
