About the role:
The Clinical Educator is responsible for delivering high-impact clinical education and training that drives excellent treatment outcomes, confident product usage, and sustainable business growth across AST clinic partners. The role blends hands-on technical training, onboarding of new accounts, territory planning, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to elevate clinic capability, product adoption, and brand advocacy. A regular call cycle, VIP and evening events, and regional/interstate travel are core parts of the role.

The Successful Applicant:
Are you an imaginative, focused, team player that relishes the opportunity to help deliver outstanding service, ideas, and results?
Essential Criteria
- Diploma/Degree in Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Nursing
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent adult learning qualification.
- Demonstrated experience delivering clinical education in professional skin, aesthetics, or dermatology settings (products and/or devices).
- Proven capability in designing and facilitating training, including workshops, seminars, virtual sessions, and in-clinic coaching.
- Strong understanding of skin science, treatment modalities, and device operation (e.g., peels, needling, micro-infusion; dermaplaining; others as relevant to AST).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Power BI (or similar analytics tools) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and webinar platforms
- Strong planning and call cycle discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a territory.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally and interstate, including overnight stays and evening events (VIP days).
- Current driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia.
Desirable
- Experience with e-learning authoring/LMS content (e.g., modules, webinars, assessments).
- Prior exposure to advanced devices (e.g., RF, ultrasound, lasers, LED) aligned with AST portfolio.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing on education-led growth initiatives.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
