Are you passionate about patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in the medical device industry? We are an established medical device organization with a strong presence across Asia, and we are looking for a Product Complaint and Vigilance Associate – Asia to support our post‑market activities from our Singapore office.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating product complaint handling, supporting vigilance reporting, and ensuring adherence to regional regulatory requirements. You will work collaboratively with RAQA teams, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective issue resolution and regulatory reporting across multiple Asian markets.

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented and proactive professional with experience or strong interest in medical device product complaint handling and vigilance, who thrives in a fast‑paced distributor environment. You are highly organized, capable of managing and analyzing product complaint data accurately, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders to support regulatory compliance and patient safety across Asia.
Experience required:
- 1–2 years of experience or internship exposure in medical devices, healthcare, quality, regulatory affairs, or customer complaints handling.
- Basic understanding of product complaint handling or strong willingness to learn post‑market surveillance and vigilance processes.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, or tracking systems, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners across different markets.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
