This role is responsible for translating strategic intent into execution - leading integration planning, identifying and delivering synergies, and ensuring alignment across founders, Group Companies, and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the SEA Managing Director, Corporate Strategy, and Integration Teams, this role will operate both pre- and post-acquisition, ensuring value realisation and long-term strategic alignment across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Acquisition Support

- Introduce the founders upfront on the Integration Committee, highlighting any changes required post-acquisition (cost, resourcing, phasing)
- Assist with foundation integration and synergy assumptions and execution plan with acquisition leads and founders
- Draft Value Creation, Pre-Close DT & TargetCoChecklist, Final Value Creation and 90-Day Plan
- Coordinate each Integration Team member’s assessment to allow for reasonable cost and timeline assumptions for foundation Integration; 90-day plan to be approved as part of Investment Committee process
- Identify and flag any variations or risks in agreed and valued synergies pre-completion
Integration Planning & Execution
- Develop, own, and implement detailed 90-Day Integration Plans post-completion
- Work with founders and DT Commercial Lead to translate high-level synergy opportunities into clear workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure DT Commercial Lead and DT Integration Committee own their workstreams and execute accordingly
- Ensure agreed synergies are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered to maximise value
- Work “in the business” post-acquisition to embed integration initiatives and drive execution
Stakeholder Alignment & Governance
- Maintain alignment across founders, SEA leadership, Group Companies, and internal functional teams
- Track progress, risks, key decisions, and dependencies across all integration activities
- Provide regular integration status reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Regional Integration Strategy
- Support Corporate Strategy Team and MD, SEA to define and implement future-state integration strategies across countries
