The opportunity…
We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to manage a specified sales territory in Thailand, achieving maximum profitability and growth. This role requires a high standard of sales activity and customer engagement to meet budgetary forecasts. Reporting to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and deliver KPIs
- Develop and grow the territory through customer engagement
- Manage key accounts and targeted customers
- Understand customers' objectives and decision-making processes
- Attend to customer enquiries and needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies with the Country Manager
- Submit monthly sales reports with forecasting and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and training
- Comply with stock keeping requirements and complete administrative tasks on time
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
- Undertake additional sales-related duties as required
- Adhere to Principals’ and APAC Med Code of Conduct
- Occasional weekend and evening work, including overnight travel, required

Experience required:
Essential
- Current valid driver’s license
- Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, and influencing
- Competence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel
Desirable:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience selling in a medical or hospital environment OR minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the sciences – degree or similar
