The opportunity…

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Warehouse/Reverse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating equipment loans, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Coordinate the loan and return of equipment, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition.
  • Assist in loading/unloading shipments and organizing warehouse space efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or equipment loans is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Experience required:

  • Warehouse Operations: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
  • Equipment Loans Management: Experience handling the loaning and tracking of equipment, tools, or inventory.
  • Inventory Control: Proficiency in maintaining accurate inventory records and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Basic knowledge of equipment inspection and maintenance procedures.
  • Customer Service: Experience in roles requiring strong communication skills and customer interaction is advantageous.

While prior experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
