The Ideal Candidate
You’re a high-achieving sales professional with experience in healthcare or medical devices, ideally in da Vinci robotic surgery. Driven and hands-on, you excel at building strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals while consistently delivering results. Ready to step into leadership, you’re passionate about advancing surgical innovation and making a real impact on patient outcomes.

Experience required:

  • 5 years minimum relevant work experience;
  • Commitment to ongoing training;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • High level of Business Acumen;
  • Sound computer skills;
  • Ability to liaise and communicate with other senior professionals within the business

Desirable

  • Minimum 2 years CSR Experience within RBT Business Unit;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications;
  • Proven understanding of stock management;
  • Understanding of TGA/Regulatory Affairs;
  • Experience within the healthcare industry
