The opportunity…
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role that keeps the warehouse running smoothly day to day. As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll coordinate receiving, pick/pack/dispatch and returns, lead safety and team performance on the floor, and ensure we consistently meet service expectations. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager to reduce day-to-day escalations, partner with the Inventory function to maintain stock integrity through disciplined execution.

We’re looking for a warehouse supervisor who leads from the front and builds capability in others. You’re experienced coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities, developing team members through coaching and clear expectations, and creating a strong safety culture. You’re organised, proactive with communication, and able to manage exceptions and competing priorities without constant escalation. You enjoy collaborating across teams and helping implement operational improvements and distribution changes that lift performance over time.
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment, leading warehouse teams in functional operational areas and change management
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all parts of the business and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Forklift license
- Demonstrated ability to execute and enforce standard warehouse processes (transaction discipline, cycle count completion, exception management) and support floor implementation of change
- SAP Experience highly desirable
