The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong customer service ethos and a natural ability to stay organised under pressure. You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support. With experience in administrative coordination—ideally within a technical or healthcare setting—you’re comfortable navigating systems like SAP and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to excellence make you a trusted point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, ideally within a medical or technical environment
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong internal relationships
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
