The opportunity…
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our Robotic Surgery team.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing initiatives. Be part of a team that’s transforming surgery and improving patient outcomes every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with and guide Customer Service with problem solving sales orders, incorrect pricing, back orders, transfers, credits and GRAs
- Assist with day to day support activities of the clinical team
- Assist the Business Unit with internal processes such as QF forms, product code creation and hierarchies when required
- Work closely with the operations teams (customer service, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, technical services, accounts), liaise on behalf of Sales Managers with operations team members where required
- Assist with processing of vendor invoices
- Assist with general logistics pertaining to principal visits, internal and external training and travel
- Manage Healthcare Professionals (HCP) engagement forms, tracking, and processing service payments
- Coordinate travel bookings and logistics for HCPs
- Assist Inventory with expired stock reporting
- Analysis on reports when required (Power BI
- Assist IBP team when required with supplier back orders, principal questions, shipment ETAs and purchase requisitions
- Support technical service administration tasks
- Support product team for management/logistics of demonstration equipment for trade conferences and road shows
- Provide stock-related resources and direction to product management and sales teams
- To undertake any other tasks/requests that may be assigned by management from time to time

Experience required:
- Sound computer skills
- High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage work priorities and able to demonstrate good time management skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate with senior professionals within the business
- Understanding of logistics and stock management
- Experience in SAP (advantageous)
