The opportunity…
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth, strengthen our brand presence, and ensure the success of our medical device solutions across the region. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns, while leveraging data insights to optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management: In collaboration with business stakeholders, organise and execute impactful events across the Asia region for our business units, ensuring that these events effectively engage the target audience and capture high-quality customer data.
Data Management: Maintain the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of customer data. Ensure that collected data is properly shared with relevant teams for further use
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, sales teams, business managers and country managers on sales tracking before and after marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and managing marketing strategies, objectives, planning and execution. Support efforts in lead nurturing, conversion and retention activities.
Campaign Briefs: Develop comprehensive campaign briefs based on a thorough understanding of business needs, targets, customer behaviour, interests, and triggers.
Performance Reporting: Evaluate, monitor, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) against set objectives and targets.
Data Selection and Segmentation: Plan and execute data selection and segmentation strategies. Ensure that the systems in place support the required data selection processes for campaigns.
ROI and Customer Lifetime Value Improvement: Continuously work on improving the ROI and customer lifetime value across all marketing campaigns and channels.
Customer Insight Development: Generate and drive customer insights throughout the business to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Brand and Commercial Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with product and business managers to understand the brand fully and support commercial campaigns effectively.
This role requires a mix of event management, marketing strategy, data analysis, and collaboration skills to ensure successful marketing and sales outcomes.

Experience required:
- Degree educated / relevant qualification experience;
- 5 years Marketing and event management experience;
- Track record of delivering campaigns, in line with strategic objectives and KPIs;
- Email marketing experience, with the understanding how to nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers;
- Experience in working in a Direct Marketing, Multi-channel or Analytical environment;
- Track record of delivering multi-audience digital campaigns in a B2B environment;
- Experience in email campaign management and systems;
- Excellent organisation and project management skillset;
- Pro-active and results orientated;
Desirable
- HubSpot experience.
- Working within a regulated market environment
- Salesforce experience
- Medical industry marketing experience
