The opportunity…
As Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our large RAQA team, generating KPI reports, organising and supporting internal meetings, training or external audits and team building events. You will be a key point of contact for general enquiries, administer various accounts and software systems as well as take part in record keeping. This is a great entry level role for anyone interested in starting their career in office administration.

You will be proactive, detail oriented and self-directed. You will have strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and always look for improvements in the way we do things to continually increase efficiencies and outcomes.
Experience required:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in administrative or customer service-based roles a strong advantage
