The ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management. You have excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring the seamless movement of our medical loan kits. A keen eye for detail, computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in medical logistics is a plus, but most importantly, you’re passionate about making a difference in patient care through precision and reliability in every aspect of your work.
Experience required:
- 2+ years of experience in reverse logistics, or loan kit coordination (preferably in the medical or healthcare industry).
- Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes and loan kit management.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of quality and safety compliance requirements in a healthcare or regulated industry is desirable.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation after completing probation and required training.
