We're on the lookout for a highly driven and knowledgeable Product Specialist to champion our cutting-edge operating theatre and infection prevention equipment, with a particular emphasis on surgical microscope vision systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude coupled with proven sales acumen in the medical device industry. You'll be adept at understanding complex surgical workflows and articulating the clinical and economic value of our solutions to surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administrators. A background in optics, microscopy, or surgical imaging, combined with a passion for driving sales growth and building lasting customer relationships, will set you apart. Your ability to conduct product demonstrations, provide technical training, and stay abreast of the latest surgical advancements will be crucial to your success in this impactful role.
Experience required:
Essential
- Understanding of Device Technologies policies and procedures including any vaccination and background checks in line with your role and responsibilities.
- Valid work rights in Singapore
- Proven skills in Operating Theatre Equipment and Hospital Infection Prevention Equipment sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time management
- Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- Presents oneself in a manner appropriate for a professional setting
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.
Desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience selling in a medical or hospital environment OR
- Minimum 5 years relevant clinical experience;
- Experience in visions system (surgical microscopes) selling will be advantageous
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the sciences – degree or similar.
