A unique opportunity becomes available for a Senior Service Technician at HospEquip WA.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee and maintain a productive and motivated working environment
- Setting and maintaining strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure their full satisfaction by providing timely and quality service.
- Provide installation, scheduled maintenance, and breakdown services to HospEquip customers throughout Metropolitan and Regional Western Australia.
- To contribute to grow the HospEquip service department by developing strong customer relationships, assisting with sales support, and completing assigned jobs in a timely and professional manner.
- Champion all products in the portfolio as an integral part of the service department by developing strong customer relationships, working closely with sales and marketing, and developing strong vendor relationships.
- Provide engineering expertise on field R&D activities on equipment and devices.
- Provide in-house (workshop) and in-field supervision for the team of Service Technicians for HospEquip WA
- Train and coach technicians as required

Experience required:
- Experienced Service Technicians a in the medical equipment field will be highly regarded
- Valid Drivers Licence
